New York Music Emporium Ships Gear Right to You!
New York Music Emporium is happy to ship your new gear wherever you may be. All of the gear we sell ships from our Bellmore, New York location, and ships fully insured with UPS. If you purchase a small accessory, we might use USPS if it is faster - but always fully insure the shipment against transit damage or loss. Sometimes we are unable to ship to you if you live in specific territories or locations outside of the United States, so be sure to contact us at info@nymusicemporium.com if you're outside of the USA.
Need your gear fast?
NYME is happy to work on a tight timetable, should you need a piece of gear right away. We often ship the same day, and if needed, can offer heavily discounted shipping rates for faster services like Next Day Air, 2 & 3 Day Select, etc. Connect with us to let us know if you need a special arrangement, and we're ready to help!
We Ship all orders over $100 in the Continental USA for Free!
Any time your order totals more than $100, New York Music Emporium is happy to ship free of charge. Certain exclusions might apply.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If you change your mind about a piece of gear you ordered, no worries! We accept returns as per our return policy. You will be responsible for shipping it back to us using all of the original materials and boxes that it was sent to you in, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost back. If you received free destination shipping as part of your order, your destination shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is received in a condition other than described, damaged, or defective - please contact our staff at info@nymusicemporium.com so we can attempt to rectify the situation. If it cannot be rectified, New York Music Emporium gladly will cover the return shipping.
What about Pre-Orders?
NYME loves offering the latest and greatest gear, even if that piece of gear hasn't been released yet! When you place an order on our website for a pre-order, we do our absolute best to work with the manufacturer's estimates and provide you with an accurate ETA for your gear. Pre-orders placed on our website will be charged to your form of payment at the time the order is placed and will ship the moment it is released by the manufacturer. If projected release dates change, we will do our best to keep you informed and out of the dark!
Packaging
Almost everything New York Music Emporium sells will ship in the manufacturer's original packaging unless it is a pre-owned piece of gear or otherwise noted. Every shipment that leaves our care will be packed with *more* packing material than the manufacturer uses, just to be extra safe and ensure a safe delivery. With hundreds of shipments leaving our care every week, you can rest assured that our experienced team has the know-all to get your gear to you the right way!
