We’ll resolve any and all issues you may have, and if need be, provide instructions on how to send your item back to us!
For all new items, we offer a 14 day return policy that allows you to get to know your new purchase! Out of that 14 days, you have 7 days for a full refund, and an additional 7 days for store credit. Accessories and other small items such as strings, picks, reeds, clothing and collectibles, and cables are not returnable. Services such as lessons, repairs or rentals are not returnable – however – any issues will be dealt with immediately and handled on a case-by-case basis!
For all used items and clearance pieces, you can shop with confidence knowing that we do our very best and most diligent work describing and photographing our instruments. With that in mind, we offer a 3 day grace period to make sure the item is for you!
Any special order items that are ordered through us are not returnable, and deposits on any such items are not returnable. All special order items will be closely monitored and correctly ordered. In extreme circumstances, or if your item was ordered and rendered unavailable/discontinued/back ordered, refunds may be available!
For any deals involving trades with one or more items, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. We are proud to offer the best trade in/up deals in the industry, bar none – that being said, we are confident that any trades conducted here will be amicable, acceptable and attractive!
All items must be returned in new condition, and for used items – the condition you received it in. All hang tags, accessories and bundled items must also be included and returned in the same condition it was provided in. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility, and for returns bundled with free destination shipping, this shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Transactions involving used or clearance pieces may incur a restocking fee. Please use the same packaging and materials to re-pack your item to ensure it reaches us safely!
